Our Growing Family
We've added to our family.
No, not twins this time.......
Meet the three newest members of our family. My new barn cats. No names yet, but we're open for suggestions. As soon as they're big enough, they're going to have to take care of those crazy squirrels who think it's OK to rob me of all of my tomatoes.
Now all I need is a barn...

Our New Addition!
After our poor Jasmine passed away last September, we have finally been blessed with another kitty. I say blessed, I hope that's the case! ;P
Her name is Tilly. The name matches Molly. My OCD appreciates that.
She doesn't have a tail because she is a Manx cat. Manx are the only cats without a tail. I'm not sure if that makes her special or weird.

Sorry the pictures aren't that great. She was enjoying the window. Probably because there were a mess of birds at the feeder!

Jasmine
Our sweet Jasmine passed away this morning. She was suffering from liver failure, and upon learning the diagnosis, we were given two choices-to try a series of treatments and not be guaranteed much, if anything, or to have her put to sleep. Bless her sweet heart, she was so miserable, and we were so torn. What an awful decision to have to make about a loved pet! Kiley and I prayed about it and decided it was most merciful to have her put to sleep. I really miss seeing her curled up at the foot of my bed, lazing in the sun-filled window sill, or purring contentedly in my lap......
